We have a witnessed a miracle in the last forty days for which we are grateful. We are witnessing the bizarre behavior of the media and especially students on college campuses and a few high schools around the country. It is at once both comical and unbelievable sad. I like to equate this whole election cycle as a season of exposure. God had exposed who we can trust and who we can’t. Motives and beliefs have been laid bare. For me this was an answer to prayer.
We have been given greater insight into the world without Jesus. Those of us who have chosen to surrender our lives to live reconciled to God have hope, joy and peace no matter what the daily news may be. I hope that all who read this have made the choice to receive the gift of salvation and reconciliation. If you haven’t Christmas is a great time to make that decision. But, it is your choice.
My prayer this Christmas for us is that we would stand strong and courageous in the face of a sinful world that says sin is good and righteousness is evil. That we would do so joyfully as unto God and that as we do the world around us will be blessed by our self-less attitude and gratitude for all He has done for us. After all, we are blessed so that we can bless others. Expect miracles, expect the ‘suddenly’ of God to manifest during this season. Merry Christmas and May 2016 be your year to step into your true purpose and destiny!
As we enter the end of 2016 and eagerly anticipate the 2017 let us purpose in our hearts to continue to engage in the culture issues that divide the nation and engage in what our elected officials do holding their feet to the fire when they don’t keep promises. We have been given a short reprieve and God will hold us accountable for what we do with this short window of time. It is time to organize and work together to bring true reformation. Only the church can bring a reformation. Political/governmental leaders can only create an atmosphere for reformation. There is much to do! Make time to education yourself and your children and grandchildren on the true history of America and our Constitution.

The Texas Legislature begins on January 10th and I will be busy working to assist and remind our Christian State Representatives to maintain the integrity of their faith in the face of intense pressure to go along to get along. This is an expensive endeavor both from a time and energy standpoint as well as financially. God has blessed G2g this year and I expect it to continue more so through 2017. I need your prayer support and partnership to continue doing what God has called G2g to do. I thank my God for each one of you that prayer for the ministry and those who are faithful to support this work through monthly or yearly donations. God will bless your time and finances.
